  • OUR STORY

    In 2006, our journey began on the path to a birthday celebration for Lancey’s cousin and Stacy’s friend. What started as an exchange of contact information blossomed into a bond grounded in shared experiences and ambitions. Discovering our shared college background it solidified our connection, guiding us along a path of companionship and mutual support.


     In 2012, the birth of our son marked the beginning of our family's journey, which culminated in our joyous marriage in 2014.

     

    Lancey started his trucking buiness. Stacy started her mental health counseling practice thereafter; however the dream of starting a family buiness remained. 


    Our family expanded with the arrival of our first daughter in 2016 and second daughter in 2019, our focus remained steadfast on nurturing our children and creating a nurturing environment within our home. 


    With our children growing more independent by the day, the year 2023 marked a pivotal moment for us. With a 12-year-old, a 7-year-old, and a 4-year-old in tow, we decided the time was ripe to turn our long-held dream of owning a family buiness into a reality. 


    With determination and a deep-seated passion for real estate, we set out on the exhilarating journey of building our own business. 


    Our vision is not just about bricks and mortar; it's about creating spaces where dreams are nurtured and futures are shaped.
